eBay and eBay Giving Works are the auction facilitators. A preview of the fabulous original glass artwork created by celebrated artists in the art glass community and the wonderful useful equipment, tools, and supplies can be reviewed prior to the auction on this website. The online auction takes place October 3 through October 19. The first auction wave opens on October 3 and closes on October 12. The second wave opens on October 10 and closes on October 19.

Step 1Register as a buyer with eBay. It is easy and free.
  • 1. Enter your contact and personal information
  • 2. Enter your email address
  • 3. Read and accept the eBay User Agreement and privacy Policy
  • 4. Choose a user ID, password, and secret question
  • 5. Check your email
That’s all there is to it!

Step 2 - Find an item you're interested in and place a bid.
  • 1. Carefully review the item listing, and click the Place Bid button on the item page.
  • 2. Enter your maximum bid.
  • 3. Click the Continue button.
  • 4. Review your bid, and click the Confirm Bid button.
The items purchased through the Lee Reynolds’ Heartbeat Benefit Glass Auction/ American Heart Association Auction can be paid for through PayPal, money order, or personal check. If a personal check is used, the item will not be shipped until the check clears the bank. An item paid for with Pay Pal, a personal check, or money order will be shipped no later than November 7, 2008 when shipped in North America unless the buyer is notified by the Heartbeat Auction Committee. Shipping in North America is “Free.” Arrangements via email and additional costs for shipping to locations outside North America will be handled on an individual basis through the Heartbeat Auction Committee.

Ninety percent (90%) of the selling price is donated to the Lee Reynold’s Heartbeat Benefit Glass Auction and ten percent (10%) is given in appreciation to the American Heart Association.
